ChangFlor Group Organization
We strictly control raw material selection – from high-quality limestone powder (for SPC core) to virgin vinyl resin (for LVT layers) – ensuring compliance with international environmental standards. We provide customized production (OEM/ODM: sizes, wear layers, embossing patterns, packaging), efficient warehousing and logistics, and prompt after-sales service. Our supply chain is optimized for B2B orders, from sample verification to container loading.
Production & Technology
ChangFlor is located in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China. Our dedicated 60,000㎡ flooring production base is equipped with advanced extrusion lines, calendering lines, and digital embossing cylinders. We follow rigorous quality control procedures: from raw material inspection, core density testing, wear layer adhesion checks, locking strength validation, to final product dimension and visual inspection. Every batch is produced under ISO 9001:2015 standards and meets EN, ASTM, or CE requirements as requested by international buyers.
R&D Ability
ChangFlor products are certified under ISO 9001 and we can provide additional tests (SGS, TÜV, etc.) per customer request. Our R&D team continuously monitors global flooring trends – including new click-lock geometries, enhanced UV coatings, and stone-plastic composite formulations – to launch improved SPC and LVT series. With more than 200 active SKUs (colors, sizes, surface textures), we help B2B partners stay competitive in residential, commercial, and hospitality flooring markets.
